At CC Gadgets, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch; however, if you receive a damaged product, we’ve got you covered.

✅ Eligibility for Refund

  • We offer a 7-day refund policy.

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

📦 Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of damage (photos or video) may be required.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

  • Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
