🛒 General Conditions

  • By placing an order with CC Gadgets, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if false or incomplete information is provided.

📦 Order Confirmation & Payment

  • A Rs. 200 advance payment is required to confirm all orders.

  • This advance amount will be adjusted in the total Cash on Delivery (COD) bill.

  • Orders without advance payment may not be processed.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • All Pakistan: Estimated delivery time is 3–4 working days.

  • Karachi: Estimated delivery time is within 2 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier service delays or location issues.

🔁 Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day refund policy only for damaged products.

  • Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

  • Proof of damage (photos/videos) may be required.

🔒 Privacy

  • Your personal information (name, phone number, address, email) is used only for order processing and delivery.

  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except courier services when required.
